Jindabyne Public Preschool Update - April 2026

I've received a lot of feedback from parents and teachers about how the new co-located public preschool at Jindabyne Public School may impact the amount of play space for students. I've listened and I've been working with Deputy Premier Car and the NSW Department of Education to find a solution. 

Over the April 2026 school holidays, the NSW Department of Education has prepared nearly 8,000m^2 of new play space for Jindabyne Public School. The school will decide operationally how the new place space will be used subject to conditions of how the land can be used.
